What You'll Do
- Conducting a feasibility study to evaluate creation of a shared services business center for a European postal services operator
- Developing an organization redesign and transformation strategy for a European airline operator
- Designing an agile target operating model (TOM) to meet the Center of Excellence's ambition for a pharmaceutical company
- Implementing shared services for the global Finance and HR functions in the context of a larger, multi-year transformation for a staffing firm
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- 5+ years of experience working with a leading consulting firm focused on shaping the future of Finance and HR Support Functions
- Experience in developing Support Functions and Shared Services Center vision, set-up, governance, and roadmap, as well as overall alignment with corporate strategy
- Passion for People & Organization topics and willingness to commit to a career in our practice area.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
