What You'll Do
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- 3 to 5+ years of post-graduate school consulting experience supporting clients in the industrial goods space, with 1+ years at a team lead level.
- Dedicated experience and expertise in one or multiple of the following topics within an industrial goods content (Automotive & Mobility, Engineered Products & Infrastructure, Materials & Process Industries, and Transportation & Logistics).
- Track record of collaboration with senior executives. Must be comfortable delivering formal presentations to management.
- Strong management and communication skills. The ability to bring together all stakeholders and persuade senior clients to take action is essential.
- Strong analytical skills and a high capacity for conceptual thinking. Ability to develop leading edge business models, frameworks for analysis, and long-term business strategies that maximize shareholder value. Must be able to thrive in a hypothesis-based environment where inductive rather than deductive reasoning is the norm.
- Proven ability to manage client engagements, client relationships, and provide “thought leadership” to teams, owning the responsibility for the quality of engagements.
- A combination of management and “hands on” delivery experience is critical.
- A solid track record of building strong client relationships with large organizations, as well as identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships and grow the business.
