Who We Are

Boston Consulting Group partners with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. BCG was the pioneer in business strategy when it was founded in 1963. Today, we work closely with clients to embrace a transformational approach aimed at benefiting all stakeholders—empowering organizations to grow, build sustainable competitive advantage, and drive positive societal impact.

Our diverse, global teams bring deep industry and functional expertise and a range of perspectives that question the status quo and spark change. BCG delivers solutions through leading-edge management consulting, technology and design, and corporate and digital ventures. We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, fueled by the goal of helping our clients thrive and enabling them to make the world a better place.

What You'll Do

BCG is the partner of choice for sustainability transformations (including cutting emissions, moving to renewables, and achieving net-zero). We engage with leading companies to help them achieve their climate and sustainability ambitions and support their transformation. We partner with government multi-laterals for climate transformation projects across sectors to realise industry-wide positive impact.

Social impact is at the core of our firm's identity and climate ambitions. As we engage with clients, our goal is to analyse their core business models, capabilities, and operations, then help create economic and environmental impact that advances their social impact goals and creates value. If a client project has the potential for significant climate and social impact, we co-invest our own resources to help them reach their goals. Internally, BCG has pledged $400M to reach our target of net-zero by 2030. BCG is a certified Carbon®Neutral company and is among the top 2% of companies to receive a 2021 CDP Climate Disclosure A-List rating.

We want people to join us as we continue to build an outstanding global Climate & Sustainability practice, and we are significantly growing our team of dedicated climate and sustainability experts. As a member of our Climate & Sustainability practice, you will work at a truly global scale. Our team has partnered with leading economies, as well as major global and new companies to help them set their future climate-action direction. We operate in an ecosystem of significant influence. We were the exclusive consulting partner for COP26 and partnered with global organisations such as the World Economic Forum. We are a founding member of the First Movers Coalition, where we help drive demand for emerging clean technologies and build the green supply chains of the future.

Currently, our Climate & Sustainability practice includes more than 100 senior leaders in Asia Pacific alone. Their projects address the full gamut of climate and sustainability topics, from decarbonisation and sustainable supply chains to green finance and adaptation & resilience. They are deeply embedded at the top leadership levels of large organisations involved in industrial goods, energy, finance, technology media & telecommunications and the public sector, as well as consumer and health care. As Asia-Pacific grows in global significance, our goal is to grow our Climate & Sustainability practice and significantly ramp-up our climate and sustainability work in the region.
