- Execute client work in a case team either as an advisor or individual contributor

- Support presentation of key findings and recommendations to C-level executives
- Contribute to People Strategy intellectual property: conduct primary research, develop and refine ideas, methodologies and tools, design learning material, capture credentials and best practice
- Contribute to BCG’s POP Practice Area Marketing: Publications, external and internal, media
- Maintain a view of the competitive landscape: Key players, publications, market share, offers, topics, tools
- Support business development efforts: Client meetings, RFPs
Our Expert Consulting Track (ECT)
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- A minimum of 5 years of consulting (or combination of consulting and industry experience) with deep expertise in organisational development, leadershipdevelopment, HR strategy and/or learning and development
- Passion for People Strategy topics
- A track record of driving and delivering high-value work and impact
- Strong people skills including building empathy, strong relationships, and trust
- An ability to deal with ambiguity, to think creatively, be adaptable and curious
- Minimum of a Bachelor degree with outstanding academic performance from a top tier university
