What You'll Do
- Create and manage a dynamic roadmap (with Product Manager) that aligns development efforts with business goals and user needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams in a Scrum or Agile environment, facilitating sprint plannings, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to ensure on-time delivery of product features.
- Act as a liaison between the development team and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Empower the team by removing impediments and optimize productivity and team morale.
- Champion the development of high-quality products through collaboration, strategic planning, and a keen focus on the end user's needs.
- Gather Business Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of the project scope and objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Translate business needs into actionable product features and requirements for the development team.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to refine and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Develop of detailed user personas and user stories that accurately reflect the needs, and goals of the target business users.
- Work closely with the UX/UI design team to ensure product features and interfaces meet the needs of the user personas and enhance the overall user experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback, using insights to drive design and functionality improvements.
- User advocate in all aspects of product development, ensuring that user needs and experiences are at the forefront of decision making.
- Act as the point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on product development progress and milestones.
- Collect and analyze feedback from clients and users, translating it into actionable insights for continuous product improvement.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including feature lists, user guides, and release notes, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed.
- Organize and lead product demos and presentations to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, showcasing new features and capabilities.
- Possess a solid understanding of the software development processes and technologies used by the development team.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers and technical leads to understand technical challenges and opportunities.
- Contribute to technical discussions and decision-making, ensuring product decisions are technically feasible.
- Act as a bridge between the technical team and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on technical requirements and solutions.
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- 4+ years of relevant experience; Business Analyst or product management experience for a subscription-based software product highly desired
- Consulting or other professional service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with experience working with Global teams
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast‐paced environment.
- Excellent problem‐solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
- Exceptional organizational, planning and project management skills – exhibiting attention to detail, follow through, and accountability.
