What You'll Do

Our world is being driven by digital and at BCG, we are at the heart of it. In BCG, you would use your expertise and generalist consulting skillset to help CEOs and their teams solve their most pressing challenges, and think about how digital and technology will change the shape of their business.

Ideal candidates have passion for and expertise in digital operational transformation topics such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Services and Procurement across one or multiple industries. Experience with topics like advanced analytics or Industry / Services 4.0 related to operational improvement is highly relevant. They have worked in professional services or at a leading multinational company as well as in international team environments, with senior audiences.

As an Associate/Consultant, you’ll be given end-to-end responsibility for the larger and more complex “modules” within a BCG project and begin to develop specialized knowledge to help you solve our clients’ problems. You’ll work on a variety of digital topics, applying generalist consulting skills to strategic digital & technology questions. Working together with clients to understand their issues, you’ll create strategies for change, win buy-in for your recommendations, and collaborate with fellow BCGers to transform client potential into performance.

As a Project Leader/Principal, you will manage and lead the holistic program for clients, from scoping the work to day-to-day execution to ensure successful delivery of client requirements within the scope of the engagement. You will also lead, inspire and develop your team to help advance their consulting and digital skills, including sharing knowledge and experience, giving frequent feedback and creating opportunities for team members to learn and grow. Finally, as a BCG Project leader/Principal you will contribute to BCG’s intellectual capital, defining industry leading thinking, contributing to the Practice Area development and helping build BCG’s brand as a digital leader.

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

We’re looking for exceptional talent from consulting or industry that can join us as soon as possible. You would typically have:

1) Associate & Consultant

Required years of experience working: 2~4 years(associate), 4+ years(Consultant)
With a leading consulting firm background, conducted projects focusing on operational excellence and cost reductions from digital initiatives including AI technology
With a corporate background, experienced digital transformation in manufacturing process and supply chain management
Experience in applying digital technology such as automation, smart factory and AI to operational field is preferred
A broad skillset and passion for analytical and problem-solving with AI and Big Data tools experience
Ability to understand how technology changes the real business
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
An outstanding academic track record; a bachelor’s degree and/or Advanced graduate degree; or equivalent work experience

A broad skillset and passion for digital & technology is important. You’ll be supported by an extensive training curriculum (the same program as all BCG consultants), plus digital-specific training and mentoring to help you build your skills.

2) Project Leader & Principal

Have 7+ years’ digital consulting experience, including leading consulting teams OR
Have held a leadership role in digital transformation in operations including manufacturing and supply chain management, combined with 5+ years consulting experience
Experience in applying digital technologies such as automation, smart factory and AI to operational field as a leader
An outstanding academic track record; a bachelor’s degree and/or Advanced graduate degree; or equivalent work experience
