What You'll Do

Are you a problem solver? Are you passionate about developing ground-breaking recommendations across a wide-range of industries and fields? Are you driven to make a difference? BCG is looking for motivated, open-minded, and accomplished students to join the Brussels team at both Visiting Associate (intern) and Associate levels. We recruit talented university students who excel on extra-curricular level, have strong analytical capabilities and like to tackle complex issues.

ROLE SUMMARY

As a member of one of our case teams, you’ll work with and learn from some of the best minds in business. Ideas, not tenure, matter to us, so you’ll be able to make an impact from day one. Working at BCG will help you develop the skills and confidence you need in a supportive environment that respects the views of every individual. Hands-on learning, support from your team, and innovative training programs will allow for a smooth transition from the classroom to the real world of business.

As part of the BCG Brussels Consulting staff, you will be a core member of our Brussels office working alongside some of the world’s top minds in strategy management consulting. You will advise clients on executive level across industries (multinationals, governments, NGO’s,…) and topics supporting them to improve or transform their businesses and achieve excellence.

You will collaborate in BCG project teams consisting of high performing members with different backgrounds and develop state of the art strategic approaches based on thorough fact-based analyses in order to deliver fundamental long-term impact to our clients.

Working across various industries and topics, you will be challenged out of your comfort zone, and experience a steep learning curve both professionally and personally. Along this exciting journey you will be supported by senior mentors, excellent research and knowledge teams and career development experts which will help you to become highly successful in reaching both your personal and professional goals.

Just as for a full-time Associate position, an internship at BCG will help you build your capabilities and provide you with training and coaching by senior BCGers on a diverse set of skills, from generating insight to presenting your high-impact recommendations to the client.

As Visiting Associate, you will get a true feel for the BCG experience and the life of a consultant. Successful Visiting Associates receive an offer for a full-time Associate position at BCG on completing their studies. You may apply at any time throughout the year. However, as this is an exclusive program with a limited number of slots, we strongly recommend that you contact us at the start of your penultimate year of studies. The internship itself can take place at any time during the year.
