What You'll Do

At BCG Platinion you will work alongside a bold, energetic and collaborative team. You will evaluate and coach our clients' technology teams, define technology strategies, architecture solutions and help us design the future. You will develop and grow by being exposed to new and complex challenges daily. You will be given end-to-end responsibility for larger, highly technical and more complex “modules” within a project, and begin to develop specialized knowledge to help you solve clients’ problems. You will start to take on team lead responsibilities and demonstrate intellectual leadership. Together with our clients, you will develop superior digital and technology concepts and architecture solutions as well as support technical implementations actively and on site, applying your sound Advanced Analytics technical know-how, your understanding of business contexts, and your analytical and conceptual skills.
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
· 10-15 years’ experience in software development, technical project management, digital delivery or technology consulting
· Leadership potential to transform the consulting industry in particular around interaction with designers, engineers and POs
· Data Lake experience on major cloud providers (having experience setting it up within its own premises environment will be considered a plus)
· Platform implementation experience (Apache Hadoop - Kafka - Storm and Spark, Cassandra, Elastic search and others)
· Extensive experience in the assessment of IT target architectures in an enterprise environment, component technologies, and service-oriented architectures
