What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
We’re looking for a Senior Experience Designer from a consulting, digital practice or industry environment to join our team. You will have a background in UX Design and have experience in designing intuitive engaging customer journeys and machine interactions.
· At least 5 to 8 years of end to end Experience Design experience including a range of Human Centred Design activities such as: User Research, User Experience Design, Service Design, Prototyping, Visual Design, User Interface Design and Interaction Design
· A strong portfolio of work where UI/Visual design is your focus
· Experience working within multidisciplinary teams of product managers, developers, strategic, visual and motion designers
· Demonstrated experience in ethnographic research techniques and usability evaluation
· Experience in translating user research and usability test findings into interactive product solutions
· The ability to travel often for extended periods of time across Europe
