What You'll Do
- Digital Transformation & Strategy: Help clients rethink the impact of digital on their business and accelerate their transformation efforts.
- Emerging Digital & Technology: Advise clients on how to make the most of advanced capabilities, emerging technologies and new organisational models.
- Customer Centricity: Reinvent the customer experience, leveraging journey maps, deep customer empathy, and data to create transformative digital interfaces, marketing strategies, and process innovations.
- Digital Marketing & Personalization: Optimise digital marketing programs across all digital channels and levers, including precision marketing, and analytics-enabled, one-to- one personalization.
- Big Data & Analytics: Drive transformational value through cutting-edge applications of AI and Machine Learning tools that are fully scaled into the business.
- New Ways of Working: Build ongoing organisational change capabilities, and helping clients transform into digital enterprises that continue to develop and innovate with speed, at scale.
- Transformation of the Technology Function and Technology Build: Redesign technology functions to improve flexibility, efficiency, and Business-IT alignment.
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- 3+ years’ experience in a strategy, management or technology consultancy, a digital/tech start-up, or industry experience aligned to various sectors
- Breadth and depth across Tech/Digital Strategy and Transformation, CIO Advisory, Operating Models, Data & Analytics, Technology Architecture, Digital Operations (including IoT/OT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cyber Risk and Resilience
- Experience leading high-performing case/project teams
- Experience driving presales and proposal development through to client presentations
- Ability to thrive in a hypothesis-based environment and frame strategic challenges from a digital/tech perspective
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capability and conceptual thinking
- Excellent communication, storylining, client-facing and consulting skills
- Strategic mindset, presence and gravitas
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT/Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
- MBA, Masters or PhD highly regarded
- Flexibility to travel within A/NZ, Asia Pacific region and globally as required.
