- Design and carry out research using the appropriate framework
- Consumer Trend Survey/Customer Analysis
- Plan and design brand strategies
- Plan and design customer strategies
- Draft media plan
- Support for the planning and execution of digital marketing measures
- KPI tree formulation and PDCA management
- Understanding advanced trends and scenario thinking
- Development of marketing and sales funnels, and support for measures, drafting, and implementation of each funnel
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- Able to create customer journeys, user persona, and draft messages for your targets
- Able to plan the following grand design and strategy based on customer high-level business strategy, brand strategy, customer strategy, marketing strategy,
- Able to draft marketing policy both digital and physical, and do progress management.
- Able to create KPI trees, set goals for each KPI value, and draft and manage numerical tracking methods.
- Able to carry out the PDCA plan based on the target.
- Able to set up customer stages, plan customer success measures for each stage, and track results.
- Research skills, analytical skills
- Able to contribute as a team member on specific areas of the overall capability required
- Team management & consulting
- Able to lead discussions between BCG consultants, BCG Digital service designers, and BCG Digital engineers with different ideas, and act as a bridge between the three parties.
- Understand not only web and mobile technologies, but also the latest technologies, and be able to communicate their implications in terms of business and strategy to the client's management team in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Able to design and develop actual services and products as the main person in charge
- Communication skills and knowledge and experience in specific areas to the degree that you can square off against consultants in charge of clients in their area of responsibility
- Facilitation ability to lead departmental and team-level discussions
