What You'll Do

The trainer/lead trainer will play a leading role in developing, scaling up and delivering high quality training in reskilling and upskilling across Asia Pacific and driving the curriculum & content development on core digital topics including Digital Sales & Marketing. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and prepare training sessions in core areas with overall very high quality in class delivery, and act as mentor for learning batches
  • Inspire students to persevere through the challenges of learning complex subjects
  • Guide students through development of a real-world projects that will showcase their abilities and align project scope with clients
  • Lead new content development to ensure relevant and market driven curriculum & contribute your own expertise to a deep and broad global curriculum
  • Researching content and industry trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing
  • Mentoring and coaching junior team members and external consultants, as appropriate
  • Trainers will support lead trainers in content & business development

The role is a special trainer track position within BCG, located in Indonesia. (Some flexibility can be exercised in case of exceptional candidates to be based in our other SEA offices.)

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

  • Bachelors degree preferably in an IT or People & Organization related discipline
  • Basic understanding of tools such as SQL and Python
  • Minimum 4 years’ of experience at Trainer level, and minimum 7 years’ of experience as lead trainer in Digital Sales & Marketing topics with past training or facilitation experience 
  • Consulting and client facing experience in the context of digital transformation is preferred
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Expert in agile ways of working and teaching these topics, preferred but not required: Agile Scrum Master Certification
  • Preferred but not required: Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)/Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) Certification from Institute of Adult Learning (IAL)
