Candidate Qualifications
• At least 6 – 8 years of excellent industry and/or consulting experience
• Deep expertise in key functional R&D areas like Clinical Operations, Data & Analytics, Regulatory Affairs and/or Clinical Development. Experience in Oncology would be beneficial
• Convincing track record in project leadership related to HC/Biopharma topic areas with proven results and significant client impact
• Impressive strategic thinking (both analytical and conceptual) and the ability to challenge the “status quo”
• Ability to create transparency for clients, helping them to understand the implications of approaches and designing suitable alternatives for improvement
• Excellent C-level presentation skills and analytical and structured problem-solving skills combined with creative conceptual thinking
• Strong academics from a top-tier institution
• Collaborative team player with a positive and constructive attitude, flexible, curious and creative mindset
• Driven, hard-working, entrepreneurial, proactive and productive with the highest ethical standards
