What You'll Do

As a Consultant within BCG’s focus on eCom and DDM, you will be a core member of our functional practice working alongside some of the world’s top minds in industry – supporting them in through transformation into digital landscape. You will collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds, advising clients on a variety of topics.

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

  • Strong academics from top-tier institution
  • 4-7 years’ experience with a leading strategy consulting firm (focused on CRM, digital marketing & personalization, e-com) or digital company
  • Experience working in retail and/or FMCG and/or other consumer related industries is a plus
  • A strong consulting skillset: creative and hypothesis-led problem solving, framing, and communicating complex ideas, thinking strategically, excellent numerical skills
  • Fluency in English required, Swedish is a plus

Founded in 1989, BCG in Stockholm serves companies within the Swedish region and beyond. Since then, the business has grown rapidly.
