What You'll Do

With OrgBuilder, you will contribute to shaping the future of organisational health and performance, ensuring clients can achieve and sustain their transformation goals. 

You will join an expanding implementation team focused on proprietary BCG products which complement their consulting offerings. This is a client-facing, execution focused position and the successful candidate will work on multiple projects with international counterparts in parallel. Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 
  • Implementing and customising our software solutions for client projects 
  • Translate business requirements and problems into appropriate technical solutions 
  • Deliver ad-hoc requests from clients, BCG project and proposal teams 
  • Ensure high quality outputs and insights
  • Contribute towards documentation (e.g. of data, proposals) to enhance overall work output 
  • Prioritise product quality and identify anomalies and inconsistencies in data and application 
  • Embed security and risk guidelines into every aspect of performed tasks  
  • Analyse data for product development/management purposes and client support work 
  • Build easy-to-use and interactive analysis models 
  • Build first connection points between products for increased impact for case/project work and product evolution 
You're good at
  • Working in a fast-paced team and international environment 
  • Providing end-to-end support on the technical aspects of cases including deployment, data migration, system integration, configuration, troubleshooting and technology workarounds in case of tool bugs and limitations 
  • Customising and configuring tools per client needs using SQL, and developing data ETL processes 
  • Designing and developing dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI 
  • Working in the analytics solutions field or software implementation/support or infrastructure 
  • Accuracy, strong attention to detail and outstanding customer service orientation 
  • Actively keeping up with industry trends, sources, and methods 
  • Entrepreneurial and development/product enhancement opportunities-seeking mindset

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in data, engineering, computer science, or related field 
  • 1-3 years of total, full time experience 
  • 1 year in the field of production implementation, application support or data management/analysis 
Non-technical skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills 
  • Self-motivation and ability to operate autonomously in a structured manner 
  • Previous experience of working in application support team(s), client delivery roles and with global stakeholders/teams 
  • Experience in promoting technical solutions/tools, demoing them to clients and outlining the benefits & advantages 
  • Additional language skills are a plus (especially Spanish, French, Portuguese or German)  
Technical skills 
  • SQL (Advanced) 
  • Cloud Computing, ideally AWS or Azure (Basic) 
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming: C#, VBA (Basic) 
  • Excel (Advanced)
