At BCG you will become a pivotal member of our consulting team, working alongside some of the world’s top minds on the forefront of climate and sustainability strategy. You will play a leading role in the growth of our Climate & Sustainability business area and collaborate closely with team members from many backgrounds, advising clients across industries on how best to reduce emissions and reach their sustainability goals.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS


3+ years of experience or expertise in any of the below areas:

  • Carbon accounting and decarbonization.
  • Hydrogen, derivatives and power-to-x technology.
  • Carbon Technologies and Markets.
  • Power systems, electrification, and storage technology.
  • Power markets, power trading and off-take agreements.
  • Large-scale renewables, including offshore wind, onshore wind and utility solar.
  • Customer transition including demand response and decentral renewables.
  • Biofuels and Bioenergy


You can possess experience derived from roles within entities such as developers, operators, service providers, suppliers, advisors or other principal stakeholders engaged in the industries pivotal to the energy transition.

WHAT YOU'LL DO


As our new consultant, you’ll play an important role in the growth of our Climate & Sustainability area, specifically our Offshore Wind team. Your primary objective will be to lead and support the execution of assignments related to Offshore Wind:


  • Working closely with BCG and client leaders, bringing your expertise to the team
  • Manage project timelines and collaborate with consultants, client teams, and external partners to ensure successful project execution. Formulate actionable strategic recommendations by creatively solving problems and applying best practices.
