You’re Good At:
- Developing architecture assessments and technology modernization POVs
- Improving technology efficiencies and effectiveness
- Implementing change management and executive education (i.e. Agile coaching)
- Restructuring technology organization and core processes
- Conducting technology product management and quality assurance
- Delivering IT due diligence, assessments, recommendations, and future-state designs
- Mentoring and leading team members to develop talent, provide direction, and oversee output and projects
- Leading mid to large scale projects:
- Developing and managing client relationships
- Drafting and writing project proposals
- Proactively advancing our business through a functioning network
- Managing team processes and project framework
- Communicating with steering committee members
- Developing content within project frameworks
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
You’ll Bring:
- BA/BS or Master’s degree in information technology, business administration, computer science, business management, or system controls or a related field
- 6+ years of relevant practical experience in consulting and in the execution of operational and strategic IT implementation projects
- Management experience as a responsible project leader of (client) teams
- Experience in resource planning and employee management
- Experience in IT organization and process development
- Well-versed experience in Agile practices
- Knowledge of DevOps, test-driven development, and cloud-based architectures
- Business-fluent written and spoken English language skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- The ability to perform in high pressure situations
- The ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment—proposing innovative ideas, building empathy within the firm, and winning the trust of the clients
- A highly professional and driven mindset, with the ability to think strategically and end-to-end
- Entrepreneurial know-how, proactiveness, and productiveness

- Willingness to travel around the globe to work with clients and BCG teams. At times, this role involves significant travel to client sites. The amount of travel will depend on client needs and nature of projects

Our New York-based North American team began in 2014 and in 2017 acquired MAYA Design, a Pittsburgh-based digital design and innovation lab, to grow our capabilities around technology and design.
