What You'll Do
- Jointly working with BCG and client leaders, bringing deep personalization and digital marketing expertise to the team, on topics such as technology requirements, technology assessments, technology vendor landscape and technology innovation that can help clients drive incremental value
- Supporting or leading case teams who are in need for a deep and hands-on approach for the entirety of the project or at a module level on a selected topic
- Interacting with client digital marketing leaders and driving constructive dialogues with them on how to step change the performance in their organization as well coaching client teams on benefits and usage of specific marketing technologies
- Engaging with vendors to assess the costs, value and fit for the client’s requirements
- Creating awareness of BCG expertise and capabilities externally
- Supporting a continuous development of personalization and digital marketing capabilities internally at BCG
- Developing and improving the methodologies and tools, we apply
- Contributing and developing BCG's intellectual capital
- Providing content expertise on personalization and digital marketing topics in business development and proposal contexts
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- ~5+ years of hands-on experience working with data driven digital marketing and marketing technologies, preferably from an industry frontrunner, pure players or leading agencies
- A proven track record of implementation success across industries and for large enterprises, preferably in both B2C and B2B
- A comprehensive understanding of the technical and organizational challenges and complexity of implementing marketing technology solutions
- Experience in project management
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and persuasion skills
- A team-oriented mindset
- The highest ethical standards
- Creativity, flexibility and resilience
- An advanced degree (ideally MSc, MBA or Ph.D.)
- Fluent English
