What You'll Do
- Playing a role in the growth of our Transforma practice through case planning, client development, and intellectual property & product creation
- Working side-by-side with Client Transformation Head to lead the implementation of the agreed programs / initiatives / identified improvement levers
- Leading and executing, or providing to change clients companies’ trajectories reflected in their financial performance —no matter where they are on their transformation journeys.
- Working jointly with BCG Subject Matter Experts and client project teams, bringing expertise to the teams and to the clients on site
- Providing intellectual leadership to the project teams by generating key ideas and conceptual frameworks to guide research and analysis
- Actively supporting our business development efforts: opportunities identification, proposal and pitch preparation, client presentations and meetings and attending relevant industry conferences
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- Over 10 years of work experience gained in both lateral and consulting environment across various industries
- A track record of leading large and complex programs
- Analytical and structured with excellent problem solving skills (hypothesis driven approach etc.)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to interact and manage C-level stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong leadership skills, with clear evidence of people leadership (leading large team) and an ability to change organizations
- Willingness to travel internationally and to work remotely on client sites (subject to current Covid-19 regulations)
