BCG was the pioneer in business strategy when it was founded in 1963. Today, we work closely with clients to embrace a transformational approach aimed at benefiting all stakeholders—empowering organizations to grow, build sustainable competitive advantage, and drive positive societal impact.

Our diverse, global teams bring deep industry and functional expertise and a range of perspectives that question the status quo and spark change. BCG delivers solutions through leading-edge management consulting, technology and design, and corporate and digital ventures. We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, fueled by the goal of helping our clients thrive and enabling them to make the world a better place.

What You'll Do

Our Female Intensiveship will give you a crystal-clear picture of the Group and the world of management consulting in just four weeks. We will decide together, which of the two entry dates would suit you best in Summer 2023. What is certain is that you’ll be a full team member from day one, with the responsibilities of an Associate.

You’ll not only experience the day-to-day life of a consultant firsthand. You'll also be able to connect with other participants and BCGers of all seniority levels at regular events and work on your personal development at training sessions tailored to your needs. Your own BCG Buddy will answer any questions you may have.

So, are you beyond curious? Beyond is where we begin.

In Summer 2023, we offer two periods for the Female Intensiveship in Switzerland: 06.07.2023-04.08.2023 and 31.08.2023-29.09.2023

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

We are looking for female students enrolled at a Swiss University with a background in STEM, life sciences, medicine or humanities (bachelor students in their fifth semester or higher, master students, and equivalent) as well as PhD students. You have a sharp analytical mind and strong communication skills, you’re curious and resourceful—and you enjoy working with numbers as much as you do with people. Proficient German skills (for Zurich) and French skills (for Geneva) are beneficial but not required.

Application deadline: Please apply at the latest until Sunday, April 2nd.

Interview Day: If you get invited to for interviews, you will have one round of interviews, consisting of an online test and three case interviews. You will have all interviews on the same day and will get a feedback directly afterwards. You can find out more about interviewing at BCG on our website. Additionally, the local recruiting team will reach out to you for further interview preparation support (online training and 1:1 coaching). Planned interview dates for the Female Intensiveship are in May.

If you have any questions, please contact Michaela Wirth (wirth.michaela@bcg.com)
