What You'll Do
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- 10+ years' experience in professional industry, predominantly gained in a leading IT consulting or systems integration companies in the role of Technology Delivery manager, product development and /or lead architect/designer
- Previous proven experience of delivery of large scale Technology transformations, with significant roles that drives technology related decision making
- Deep Technical and architecture skills gained through leading consulting and implementation assignments
- Experience developing technology & digital strategies, and getting them accepted by business leaders.
- Strong Industry experience (understand the processes, industry solutions, challenges, trends) gained in one of the following industries: Financial Services (FI), Industrial Goods (IG), Energy, or Consumer Goods (CG)
- Experience addressing business wants and needs with technology solutions
- An ability to frame and address strategic challenges from a technology perspective
- Capable of interacting & gaining trust at CIO level up to CIO-2 level (e.g. Head Architecture, Head Engineering, head Infrastructure, Operations, Dev. Teams) with deep content discussions
- Strong knowledge of leading technologies such as Big Data , AI
- Strong academic performance
- Able to work creatively and effectively in a time-constrained, situations
- An excellent verbal and written communicator
- Able to build empathy within BCG and earn the trust of the clients
- Highly professional and rigorous in terms of data gathering and data analysis for problem solving
- Able to think strategically from end-to-end, and build a clear storyline
- Good business acumen to drive the right trade-off decisions for technology
- Results-oriented
- Willing to travel extensively and work on client sites
