What You'll Do

BCG is looking for Project Leaders and Principals to help our clients reimagine their organizations to prepare for a more digital and agile future while improving the efficiency and effectiveness and culture on the ground today.  You will analyse and deeply understand our client organizations today, and their strategy for the future, to recommend and implement new organizational and talent models. Partnering closely with client teams, you will enable them to successfully design, plan for, and implement the new model, delivering on a set of clearly defined outcomes – e.g., a better go-to-market approach, enhanced digital capabilities, and/or a more cost efficient model.



What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

  • 3+ years consulting experience, or mix of industry and consulting experience, with focus on people and organizational issues.  
  • Adept problem solving skills to address the challenges our clients face and creative ideas for integrating new ways of working into pragmatic organizational models
  • Experience contributing to design and delivery of mid to large scale reorganization projects through to successful implementation; understanding of the impact of digital and new ways of working on traditional organisational models
  • Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to structure and analyse organizational data, and to develop and deliver methodologies to support effective decision making when embarking on large scale organization redesign efforts
  • Interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations 
  • Strong academics; advanced degree preferred
