We are organized into six distinct sectors: Private Equity, Sovereign Wealth Funds (SWFs), Pension Funds, Hedge Funds, Family Offices and Infrastructure & Real Estate.

What You'll Do

We are looking for Project Leader and Principal consultants to help our private equity clients address their most difficult challenges using strategies that maximize growth, optimize operating cost structure, transform business models and create sustainable competitive advantage. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with private equity and portfolio companies and in strategy and operations consulting.

Project Leaders play a key role on client engagements, managing studies to define client needs and supervising research activities to obtain relevant data. They apply knowledge of business principles and industrial organization, develop actionable recommendations, and supervise work including strategic due diligence, product development studies, change management plans, and the evaluation of long-term investment opportunities.

As the senior person most frequently at the client site, Principals interact with the client lead on a day-to-day basis to ensure that expectations are aligned. Principals provide the project management oversight required to meet client expectations

Projects vary based on client needs, but the importance of seeing possibilities where other people find limits will be a constant. Project Leaders and Principals go deep to unlock insight, challenge established thinking, drive transformation, improve performance, and deliver bottom-line impact.
