What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- 7-15 years of work experience; experience in top level advisory or consulting environment preferred
- Track record in building and implementing end-to-end talent development programs for large organizations in private and public sectors
- Evidence of breaking the “status quo” in corporate learning, implementing innovative, immersive and scalable solutions that drive tangible business impact
- Experience in building key elements of the required infrastructure support upskilling programs in large organizations (e.g. lead role in a Corporate University or Learning Innovation unit, learning tech stack implementation, creating a high-quality delivery cadre, etc)
- A track record of building, growing and leading corporate learning teams
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive
- Strategic vision for corporate learning and development
- Ability to design end-to-end talent development solutions
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Tenacity and growth mindset
