What You'll Do

The digital age is driving accelerated changes in the workplace, forcing many organizations to rethink talent development approaches and build new capabilities to enable effective learning at speed and at scale. 

BCG is looking to fill several senior Learning Expert roles to help us build the next level of capabilities in Client upskilling, reskilling and enablement. You will be joining a global team of people and organization experts passionate about this topic to help build the cutting-edge learning offers and infrastructure required to unlock the power of talent in large organizations. 

As a Learning Expert you will partner closely with clients to assess learning maturity, shape talent development strategies, design and implement innovative upskilling solutions, and reinforce learning capabilities to accelerate delivery of target business outcomes. 

You will play a leading role in the shaping, building and commercializing BCG’s go-to-market offers and capabilities in Client upskilling and reskilling, including immersive programs in key topics (e.g. Digital, Agile, Change), best-practice approaches, education technology solutions, performance support tools, and learning IP.  You will spearhead strategic partnerships and play a thought leadership role in defining the next frontier for corporate learning. 

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will join a rapidly growing Center for Client Learning and Enablement within our People and Organization practice and be part of our global people and organization community of experts. Day-to-day you will collaborate with different Clients and BCG project teams, as well as Topic and Practice area stakeholders across BCG. 

Our Expert Consulting Track (ECT)

The Expert Consulting Track (ECT) is vital to BCG’s ability to successfully meet our clients’ demand for deep expertise and advanced technical capabilities. Experts deliver next-level impact for BCG's most complex and cutting-edge client challenges. Experts focus on developing BCG's thought leadership, commercial capabilities, and intellectual property assets; and their work is essential to our delivery model. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to bring the ‘best of BCG’ to our clients, Experts come from diverse backgrounds, with expertise often gained outside of BCG in industry, academia, or specialized consulting.

What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

  • 7-15 years of work experience; experience in top level advisory or consulting environment preferred 
  • Track record in building and implementing end-to-end talent development programs for large organizations in private and public sectors
  • Evidence of breaking the “status quo” in corporate learning, implementing innovative, immersive and scalable solutions that drive tangible business impact
  • Experience in building key elements of the required infrastructure support upskilling programs in large organizations (e.g. lead role in a Corporate University or Learning Innovation unit, learning tech stack implementation, creating a high-quality delivery cadre, etc)
  • A track record of building, growing and leading corporate learning teams 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive

YOU’LL BE BASED IN
These positions can be based out of any of our North American offices

YOU’LL BE TRAVELING 
Travel is anticipated, but will vary depending on project locations. Estimated at 30-40% (post-COVID)
